We are all legally obligated to have automobile insurance coverage, but the reason most of us purchase automobile insurance is for the security, protection and peace of mind it gives us. By having automobile insurance, we know that in the event of a motor vehicle accident, we would receive coverage for the injuries and damages, which we sustain.
This is the basic premise that any automobile insurance coverage is based on. However, we must all be wary about who we choose to be our insurer. This is particularly so, given the fact that just because an insurer is legally obligated to honour this undertaking, there is absolutely no guarantee that this in actual fact will be the case. This is clearly evident in Christa’s case which is extensively outlined in this website.
